Urban requalification of the outdoor spaces of the former Broussais hospital in Paris 14th arrondissement with the aim of creating public spaces in accordance with the city of Paris requirements.

setec tpi est mandataire du groupement chargé de la mission de maîtrise d’œuvre complète comprenant le diagnostic jusqu’à la réception des travaux. Cette mission concerne notamment :
- Les études d’ouvrage et de génie civil
- Les études de terrassement et VRD
- Les études urbaines et paysagères (Oikos)
- L’étude d’impact et le dossier Bouchardeau
- La concertation (TH1 – Oikos)
- La direction des travaux
